At RockarTech, I design and optimise automotive eCommerce platforms and the SaaS systems behind them. My work combines user research, business strategy, and interface design to deliver scalable, data-driven digital experiences.
Before joining RockarTech, I studied Graphic Design at Nottingham Trent University, specialising in UX. My dissertation explored how design failures in interactive systems lead to human error — an idea that continues to shape my human-centred approach today.
